Creating an engaging and welcoming atmosphere for guests is one of the most important aspects of running a successful serviced apartment operation, having a strong guest community is key to ensuring that guests are comfortable, safe and happy during their stay.
To create a guest community, the most important thing is to focus on developing relationships between guests and the staff, by encouraging guests to communicate with each other, and offer events or activities to bring them together – at Skyside we have our own guest Clubhouse for example, hosting a wide variety of events; monthly parties (we love a good party :), sports, games and cultural events.
